The Chinese company JC Finance Interconnect Holdings intends to establish a vocational training center in Uzbekistan, according to the news agency Dunyo.
At the beginning of the week, the company’s head, Wu Tingyi, held an online meeting with representatives of Uzbekistan’s Migration Agency and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation. The talks were organized by Uzbekistan’s Consulate General in Guangzhou.
The parties discussed the development of retraining and professional development programs for Uzbek specialists based on international standards. These programs are expected to cover industries such as green energy, agriculture, tourism, and IT.
Another key topic was the possibility of sending Uzbek students to leading Chinese universities on a grant basis. Participants also exchanged views on providing comprehensive services to prospective students.
Representatives of JC Finance Interconnect Holdings plan to visit Uzbekistan in May for in-person negotiations. The agenda will focus on opening a center for educational services and vocational training.
