Uzbekistan and Spain discuss strengthening bilateral ties
Munira Aminova, the advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, met with Spain's new ambassador, Ricardo Martínez Vásquez, yesterday.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during the meeting, Ambassador Vásquez emphasized that Uzbekistan is an important partner of Spain in Central Asia and expressed readiness to further deepen bilateral relations.
A key focus of the discussion was the development of tourism ties, with an emphasis on opportunities to increase the flow of tourists between the two countries.
In addition, the ambassador raised the issue of the transport sector, highlighting the importance of improving logistical connections and developing transport corridors to optimize trade flows.
