Following swift investigative efforts, law enforcement identified two individuals involved in the crime. The suspects had arrived at the scene in a vehicle registered to them – a Gentra.
When police visited the scene, the head of the company reported that a safe in his private office had contained $560,000 in cash, two flash drives, and several documents.
It was established that the two individuals drove to the site in the Gentra, entered the building, lifted the entire safe, and threw it out of a window. Two accomplices below then loaded the safe into the car and fled in an unknown direction.
One of the suspects was later identified and taken into custody. Authorities were able to recover $440,000 in cash and a Honda motorcycle as part of the stolen assets.
