Furthermore, Otabek Vallomov continued his criminal actions by physically assaulting Musaev and Suyarkulov, who were trying to prevent the fight, inflicting bodily harm on them as well," said the Internal Affairs Department's statement.
It was reported that criminal cases have been initiated against Otabek Vallomov and his five accomplices under the following articles: Article 104, Part 2, Subsections "b" and "k" of the Criminal Code — deliberately inflicting severe bodily harm by a group of people, either because of their professional or civic duties, on a person or their close relatives; and Article 277, Part 3, Subsection "g" — hooliganism committed with resistance against citizens attempting to prevent hooligan actions.
