Uzbekistan’s GDP reached $115 billion in 2024
Uzbekistan's economy grew by 6.5% in 2024, with GDP totaling 1.45 quadrillion UZS ($114.9 billion) and per capita GDP reaching 39.1 million UZS ($3,093), according to the Statistics Agency.

It was noted that in 2024, the average official exchange rate of the US dollar against the UZS was 12,652.7 UZS, compared to 11,737.2 UZS in 2023, 11,051.2 UZS in 2022, 10,610 UZS in 2021, and 10,055.8 UZS in 2020. Based on the average exchange rate, the nominal GDP amounted to $114.962 billion.
Last year, GDP per capita at current prices stood at 39.131 million UZS or $3,092.7. The real growth of per capita GDP in 2024 was 4.4% compared to 2023 and 19.5% compared to 2020.
Compared to 2023, the share of the services sector in GDP increased from 46.2% to 47.4%, while the share of industry rose from 25.3% to 26.4%. Meanwhile, the share of agriculture, forestry, and fisheries declined from 21.2% to 19.2%, and the construction sector's share fell from 7.3% to 7%.
