Malaysian airline granted permission for flights to Uzbekistan
AirAsia X Berhad, a Malaysian low-cost airline, has received approval to operate regular flights between the capitals of Malaysia and Uzbekistan, according to a statement from the Uzaviation agency’s press service.

In accordance with the intergovernmental agreement on air services between the two countries, the agency issued the permit on February 3rd for the Kuala Lumpur – Tashkent – Kuala Lumpur route.
The flights will be operated using A330 aircraft.
AirAsia X Berhad, operating under the AirAsia X brand, is a Malaysian budget airline specializing in long-haul flights.
