China Southern Airlines to increase flights from Beijing and Urumqi to Tashkent

Additionally, an agreement was reached to establish flights from Guangzhou, China.
As part of the agreements reached between the aviation authorities of Uzbekistan and China, a meeting was held on September 10 at the Ministry of Transport with representatives from China Southern Airlines, the Ministry of Transport reported.
During the meeting, discussions were held on increasing the number of flights between the two countries and expanding the flight network.
Following the negotiations, it was agreed to increase the weekly flights on the Beijing-Tashkent route operated by China Southern Airlines from 4 to 7, and on the Urumqi-Tashkent route from 3 to 4. Additionally, starting from 2025, the airline will launch three weekly flights on the Guangzhou-Urumqi-Tashkent route.
