Tashkent allocates over 107 billion UZS for pedestrian overpasses construction
To initiate construction, more than 53 billion UZS are planned to be allocated.

The Tashkent administration has decided to build 20 pedestrian overpasses. The corresponding document was signed on July 31 by the mayor of the capital, Shavkat Umurzakov.
According to the document, preliminary estimates indicate that 107.2 billion UZS are needed for the construction of the overpasses.
To begin the work, the Council of Deputies decided to allocate 53.6 billion UZS.
It is noted that these funds are allocated from additional sources of the local budget of the city of Tashkent, formed in 2024.
