Government: Citizens of 108 countries can buy real estate without a residence permit in Uzbekistan
The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On approval of the list of foreign states, citizens of which are entitled to acquire new real estate objects under construction in the Republic of Uzbekistan” was adopted.

The list includes 108 countries whose citizens have the right to acquire real estate (with the exception of land plots) without a residence permit, Norma reports.
The document also determines that new real estate objects include:
• Objects whose construction has already begun, but not accepted for use;
• Objects for which there is a decision of the regional (city) khokim on approval of the act of the commission on the adoption of a complete building, building, residential building;
• Objects to which ownership arose on the basis of permission to use an object with completed construction and installation work;
• Objects, from the moment of adoption for use, which have passed no more than three years.
